The Tommy Remon Quartet is a new group consisting of young aspiring jazz musicians who have come out of the Tomorrow’s Warriors Organisation which is well renowned for producing real talent for Jazz in this country.

The Group consists of:

Dylan Jones – Trumpet
Currently a Trinity Laban undergrad, and is part of the front line in the upcoming, award winning, jazz/afro beat band EZRA Collective.

Rio Kai – Double Bass
A freelance musician gigging around London who has come out of and occasionally teaches at the Weekend Arts College programme. Rio has played with the likes of Alex Garnett, Jason Yarde, Nerija, among others.

Patrick Boyle – Drums
A Tech Music School (now BIMM) graduate, who too gigs around london and has played with the likes of Gary Crosby, Nathaniel Facey, Nerija, Kokoroko, Tomorrow’s Warriors Big Band and many others.

Tommy Remon – Guitar
An Institute of Contemporary Music Graduate,  who came out of the CYM (Guildhall) programme (as well as being with tomorrow’s warriors) is also gigging around London who has played with this group, Gary Crosby, Binker Golding among others.

The band plays hard bop and modal tunes from the jazz canon of repertoire, as well as their original compositions, however the band is aiming to expand further and further musically.
