Multi award winning guitarist Jim Mullen has worked and recorded with many artists including, Georgie Fame, Mose Allison, Gene Harris, Jimmy Smith, Brian Auger, Terry Callier, Van Morrison, Average White Band, Kokomo, Vinegar Joe and Claire Martin. Jim began a 15 year collaboration with the late Dick Morrissey in the mid 70’s forming the band Morrissey Mullen which was a top club band throughout the 80’s. 

Jim is joined tonight with singer Zoe Francis and bassist Mick Hutton.

Zoe began singing while living in New York learning her craft at Dr. Barry Harris workshops and singing in Manhattan with musicians including Harry Allen, Warren Vache, Jo Cohn, Chris Flory and Harry Whitiker. Now based in London Zoe has performed and recorded two albums with A- players, her first with Dave Newton and second with Jim Mullen, Stan Sulzmann, Gareth Williams. Zoe’s repertoire consists of lesser known standards. She is a singer to listen out for.
