Kellan Christopher Cragg is an 18-year-old Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter, producer, and visual artist redefining what it means to be fully self-contained. As a rare “hundred percenter,” he writes, performs, produces, and visually directs every element of his work—crafting each song and visual piece entirely on his own terms.
Entirely self-taught, Kellan plays piano, guitar, bass, and ukulele by ear, and has mastered production in Logic—skills he began developing at just 10 years old. What began as homemade compositions soon evolved into a cinematic, emotionally immersive sound that blends indie, alt, rock, and soul in a way that’s unmistakably his.
His debut album, WRONG BALLOON—written, produced, and recorded in under a month at age 17—is an intimate, expansive body of work that’s already receiving critical recognition-already making waves internationally.
