Art? Or Politics? It’s a riot… is a monthly event exploring ideas a little and entertaining a lot!

Spicy music, sweet and sour poetry, and piquant thoughts – all genres stirred into tasty and provocative evening for the heart and mind.

Each event has a very loose focus, from the role of art in politics, to migration and women’s issues, and features brief contributions both from both topnotch performers and from newcomers who simply want to share something special.

This month’s event focuses on propaganda.
All art is propaganda. It is universally and inescapably propaganda; sometimes unconsciously, but often deliberately, propaganda.”
– Upton Sinclair

Do you agree? Do you even know? In these times of fake news, how do you persuade and stay open to persuasion.

Hosted by author, playwright, poet and songwriter John Farndon, This free-wheeling event will be focussing on Religion/Commerce.
