A night of Music & ‘Rhythmic’ words featuring performers from ‘Abstract Word’ collective as well as a range of Performance Poets/ Spoken Word artists crafting their words to a rhythmic backdrop provided by 8 string guitar & Horns.

Richmond ‘Journeyman’ Trew is the spearhead of Abstract Word & has been providing his unique Abstract Rhythmic style since 1995. Richmond is a song writer & performer who currently holds a Publishing contract with Paul Rodriguiz Music LTD. Richmond is also an event promoter & along with long time friend & Jazz Jam collaborator Oliver Stains can be seen regularly at venues in & around London.

A chance to see the unique blend of Music & spoken word fused with vocal & poetic verse that is the signature of Abstract Word who have been performing this ‘abstract narration’ style since 1995. Performing a long side the poets will be long time ‘Jazz Jam’ collaborator Oliver Stains on 8 string guitar plus Trombone & Saxophones provided by Richmond Trew + other Horn Players.
