MAP (Music, Arts and Print) is a dynamic, creative community space with regular live events, cafe and recording studio located in the beautiful backstreets of Kentish Town, North London. Five mins walk from Kentish Town West Overground and Kentish Town Tube and ten minutes from Camden Town centre.

Our café offers a range of healthy, home made food, fresh juices, gourmet coffee and beer on tap in a relaxed, homely environment. Our intimate venue space plays host to an eclectic events programme, featuring live music, DJ nights, comedy and film nights. We also hire out the space for private functions, film locations and corporate events. Clients have included Rihanna, 20/20 Productions, Sky TV and The Green Party.

MAP has a colourful history having started out in the early 1990s as a streetwear clothing brand, recording studio and record label. Over the years we’ve developed into a vibrant community space with a cafe and events space and have played host to artists such as Roots Manuva, Miss Dynamite, Dawn Penn, Omar, Goldie and Junior Delgado.

The recording studio offers a unique creative space with a great selection of vintage and modern equipment. We offer high quality recording, mixing and production services all at reasonable prices. The upstairs venue is wired to the studio giving the option of recording live events, the space also makes an excellent filming location for bands and musicians as well as an auxiliary live room for studio recording.

Long standing hip-hop radio station, Itch FM also broadcasts from the premises.

Cafe is now open 7 days a week!
